India’s leading authentication technology firm- AuthBridge Research Services Private Limited has reportedly announced the launch of its novel electronic signature offering- SignDrive. Reportedly, this cloud-based document management solution is powered by MSBDocs- a prominent digital document transaction management firm.

It is worth mentioning that, SignDrive has been developed on AI-driven optical character recognition along with image recognition technology. The new solution comes with a built-in signer verification solution that helps in ensuring the confidentiality of all the stakeholders before giving them access to the documents.

Notably, this novel digital signature solution authenticates signers and stakeholders with the help of NID, visual, and biometric authentications. Developed to boost security in various sectors of the economy, SignDrive is expected to be widely used across pharmaceutical, BFSI, healthcare, logistics, IT, and the on-demand economy for business functions like finance and HR management, legal and compliance, and procurement.

For the record, SignDrive offers paperless signature solutions across different business functions, eliminating the need for wet signatures. Furthermore, they can also be integrated into the current banking infrastructure to make the customer-related transactions completely digital and paperless and may further be integrated with the HR function to get signature on the documents during the onboarding process of new employees.

According to a statement by Mr. Anil Dhar, Senior Vice President and Founding Member, AuthBridge, SignDrive has been developed by the company in collaboration with MSBDocs to meet the growing delays caused due to siloed, archaic, and physical document management.

With the onset of COVID-19 and the rise in remote workplaces, the growing need for advanced technologies, and wet signatures becoming obsolete, digital document management has been gaining considerable recognition to create a seamless experience across businesses.

Some of the notable companies that have benefitted from the capabilities offered by AuthBridge and MSB Docs include, ICON, GSK, Apollo Hospitals, Johnson & Johnson, Delhivery, Ftcash, Pfizer, Freecharge.
