Givaudan teams up with Knowde; aims to bolster online presence in NA

In a recent incidence in thriving F&B and nutrition business space, Givaudan, the leading global company in taste and wellbeing, and fragrances, has reportedly announced establishing a strategic partnership with Knowde in an attempt to strengthen its online presence across the North American economies.

This novel initiative would allow Givaudan to become the anchor Taste and Wellbeing store on Knowde’s new food and nutrition platform. With its new Knowde storefront driven by a proprietary search algorithm and advanced AI technologies, Givaudan is looking forward to delivering 24*7 access to about 800 Givaudan taste solutions and flavors for the nutrition and food industries, with an intent of continuously expanding its online offering to stay ahead of the transforming consumer trends and needs.

Meanwhile, Knowde, through 2021 and beyond, is likely to help Givaudan’s online evolution, adding new capabilities and features with the ultimate goal of substantially improving customer experience.

Commenting on the alliance, Head of Givaudan Taste and Wellbeing, North America- Fernando Miquelarena cited that the with Knowde’s partnership and the launch of its new storefront, the company is looking forward to expanding its market reach while also increasing the accessibility of the company’s taste solutions and flavors so that consumers can continue innovating at a rapid pace.

He added that innovation and customers stand to be the heart of Givaudan’s business and the firm wants to leverage every opportunity that comes their way to help the brand stay ahead of the competition worldwide.

On the other hand, Ali Amin-Javaheri, CEO of Knowde, quoted that with its leading edge e-commerce platform and access to multiple buyers and latest digital marketing capabilities, it would be easier to locate Givaudan products and communicate directly with the professionals.
