Incuspaze, Alembic Group launch largest coworking space in Vadodara

With life getting back on track post COVID-19 pandemic in India, and office staff steadily moving to their work premises, companies are gravitating towards the concept of coworking spaces to ensure proper social distancing measures. In one such case, Incuspaze, a chain of coworking and managed office space provider, has recently announced the launch of its first center in Alembic City in Vadodara. 

As per sources, the new center in Vadodara is spread across a demographic area of 50,000 square feet consisting of 1000 seats which would be rolled out in 2 phases in the upcoming months. In the 1st phase, the company would go live with about 500 seats in tandem with dedicated private offices, conference rooms, and meeting rooms.

Commenting on the launch, Managing Partner of Incuspaze India, Sanjay Chatrath, reportedly cited that the although 2020 stood as a major setback year for commercial real estate industry as a whole, the company has, against all odds, launched its first center in Ahmedabad city at Vijay Cross Road and are thrilled to observe the response of the state market where corporates are looking out for more flexible office spaces post the coronavirus pandemic.

Chatrath added that for its center launch in Vadodara, the company strategically joined forces with Alembic group to revamp the entire workspace ecosystem and meet the mounting demand of corporates for flexible offices.

Meanwhile, Director at Alembic Real Estate, Udit Amin, while speaking about the alliance quoted that the company is delighted and proud to have Incuspaze in Alembic City. Amin further added that the company believes that the demand for managed and co-working office spaces would enhance further as it improves employee engagement and community experience for companies.
