MindMaze venture secures funding of $105 million led by Concord Health

MindMaze, a digital neuro-therapeutics venture, has recently secured a USD 105 million financing headed by Concord Health Partners, a healthcare private equity firm based in the US.

According to MindMaze, AlbaCore Capital Group, the finest specialist investor of Europe that focuses on public and private markets, is also building on its current investment in the firm as a replica of its continuous commitment.

It said that the financing round offers direct access to funds and a financing facility to back growth and acquisitions. The funding would also help accelerate global commercial growth plans, improve ongoing R&D and merge the clinical expansion pipeline of its digital therapeutic solutions for an extensive range of neurological diseases.

Tej Tadi, MindMaze Founder and CEO, stated that this funding allows them to ramp up commercial activity and enlarge its presence in the US and gain access to intended partners as the firm continues to integrate solutions across the continuum of care globally.

Commenting on its investment in MindMaze, Ajay P Hinduja, a member of the third generation of the Hinduja family, said that the brain technology platform of the company would offer breakthrough solutions which will redefine brain health and have a global impact.

This major development in treatment and therapy would implicitly improve brain health and recapture for an extensive range of conditions, he said, adding that Concord would support MindMaze's clinical and commercial expansion in the US market.

Following Concord's investment, MindMaze claims that it would begin a partnership with the American Hospital Association (AHA).
