Revolt launches new feature to track delivery status of booked e-bikes

Indian EV maker, Revolt Motors has recently unveiled a new feature that enables customers to track the status of their booked e-bikes, right from production to delivery. Called 'Vehicle Online Tracking (VOLT)', this new feature is expected to benefit customers who have already booked their e-bike and are waiting for delivery.

Following the launch of this feature, Revolt said that it has now become the first automotive company to enable users to track the status of their purchased e-bike from booking to delivery.

How this works is, customers who are looking to get information on the status of their e-bike have to click on the ‘Track Your Revolt’ option that is available online at the company’s official webpage. Following this, customers are required to enter their booking ID or registered mobile number to initiate the tracking procedure.

Anjali Rattan, Business Chairman of RattanIndia Enterprises, mentioned that Revolt is about to set a gold standard for consumer buying experience in the automotive sector with this newly launched feature. She added that this feature constitutes as the first step towards offering a 100% contactless experience for all its customers.

As per reports, Revolt has been witnessing a huge demand for its electric two-wheelers lately. To meet growing demand, the company claims that it has scaled up its production infrastructure. In June, Revolt had halted bookings for its e-bikes after just two hours of resuming online bookings. The EV maker claims to have managed to record bookings for its e-bikes that cost around Rs50 crores in a matter of few hours.

The recent revision in the FAME II policy has also played a key role in higher demand for electric two-wheelers in the Indian market. Thanks to such policies, e-bikes offered by Revolt and other EV makers have become much more affordable for customers.
