VTS bags $70Mn in funds to accelerate IntelliShift’s operations

Vehicle Tracking Solutions (VTS), a U.S.-based technology company that helps fleet-driven companies to transform the way business decisions are made, has raised USD 70 million in investment from LLR Partners.

The recently raised funds will be used to support the growth of IntelliShift- a subsidiary of VTS, by driving innovation and expanding its presence in North America along with an increased focus on customer experience to digitize and advance fleet and safety management solutions.

Incorporated in the year 2002, VTS was founded by its current President and CEO – John Cunningham, and his wife Karen. The company has emerged as a leading name in fleet management and telematics and has stood out from its competitors due to its client-first approach.

Reportedly, VTS’ connected fleet and safety management solutions are used by over 3,000 customers from small businesses to complex organizations with many assets and vehicles. IntelliShift, which leverages VTS’ 20 years of experience in telematics and IoT, is working towards changing the way field-based workers in various operations roles monitor and take action on data.

In addition to above, its cloud-based technology and safety management platform is equipped with AI video and telematics capabilities within a single platform, supporting its mission to predict and optimize business performance across several departments.  

According to Dan Irwin, Vice President, LLR Partners, VTS connects field operations data with AI video technology to assist clients enhance operational efficiency, driver safety, and situational intelligence.

Supplemented by efficient customer focus and effective implementation, VTS and its division- IntelliShift are focusing on meeting the burgeoning market demand for next-gen, advanced video telematics, Mr. Dan added.
