Yes Bank, Salesforce join forces to develop next-gen tech platform

The move is anticipated to enhance customer experience while powering aggressive retail led growth for Yes Bank

In a bid to enhance user experience and its retail growth, one of India’s private sector banks- Yes Bank- has reportedly announced signing a partnership deal with Salesforce to build a next-gen technology platform. As per credible reports, the collaboration comes on heels of Yes Bank’s aim to engage customers with an integrated experience while also driving the retail growth for the bank.

It has been reported that the adoption of Salesforce Loan Origination System, designed essentially for retail banking would allow the bank to offer personalized solutions and connected banking experiences for consumers across diverse segments.

Moreover, it would also bolster the bank’s capacity to process relatively higher volumes of loan applications via improved automations and API integrations while eliminating the manual processes in the loan cycle further. This platform would, irrefutably, reduce the turnaround time for enhanced customer satisfaction.

Commenting on the collaboration, Yes Bank CEO, Prashant Kumar cited that the firm’s partnership with Salesforce reflects the bank’s commitment to scaling up its technology and digital capabilities to provide a secure and personalized consumer experience.

He added that by bringing together both the companies’ potential synergies, Yes Bank would now have a clear path ahead to create innovative experiences for partners, employees, and potential customers. Further, the banking firm is also looking forward to driving innovations through Salesforce ecosystem which would emerge as a beneficial step for the customers, he stated.

Meanwhile, Arundhati Bhattacharya- Chairperson and CEO of Salesforce India- quoted that Salesforce is delighted to have partnered with Yes Bank in its mission of delivering unified and renewed experiences to the customers by building long-lasting relations, while also ensuring proper retail growth of the company.

Speculations have it that the advanced platform would augment the collaborative innovation within the bank, providing employees with a proper view of their customer’s portfolio and improved agility in delivering personalized digital solutions.
